Restaurant
The restaurant is not to be overlooked. In
fact, the restaurant has a large air-conditioned dining room a vast
panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, the pool and the mountains.
The Chef meticulously prepares the best local specialties as
well as grilled specialties cooked in the kitchen’s interior wood
burning oven or on the big outdoor barbecue. Our sommelier is always
ready to assist you with a varied menu selection of finer local and
national wines.
The wine cellar is cosy and very well kept and it stores all of the
restaurant’s wines. It also has several spaces which allow the
guests to savour local food specialties accompanied by a good glass
of wine.
