Conclusions
The activities in our resort are not set exclusively for our
summer months but extend from Spring to Fall. Our guests will be
able to experience the intense perfumes of Spring, the warm and
sunny Summer as well as the magic of Autumn. In the Fall they
will be able to see and to participate in the grape harvest,
set among vines owned by the hotel proprietors and used in the
production of the world-renowned Cannonau wine.
The hotel restaurant will be busy presenting all of its local
specialities. Activities such as wine and food tasting will not
be limited to the hotel grounds but will extend into the country, in
the mountains, banquets in farmer’s lands or on Sheppard’s
territories.

appreciates good food and wine, enjoys a distinct and
thorough welcome, a person who seeks and is interested in the
discovery of his natural surroundings, in the humanity of the local
