The Themari restaurant is founded on a desire to represent the union of places and flavours in our cuisine.
“Themari” is an expression of cuisine that combines the elements of Sardinia that respects tradition but which looks to the future and has an eye on change.
Behind our cooking project there is the desire to tell of the flavours and sensations of our family memories and territorial heritage. Our constantly changing menu draws on extraordinary raw materials from the many local producers who enable us to offer a variety of dishes with an authentic taste and identity.
