Some Special Offers & Promotions may be subject to different conditions (Credit Card as guarantee).
The relevant purchasing conditions are always specified in the overview of the BOOKING.
– from 30 days to 7 days prior to arrival: free cancellation.
– from 6 days prior to arrival: the first night will be charged.
– no-show: 100% of the stay will be charged.

Special Offers & Promotions may be subject to different cancellation policies.
If not otherwise specified, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Free! There is no extra charge and the original booking conditions apply. The pre-payment will be considered valid for the future booking.
We accept payments by bank transfer and by some of the most common credit cards: America Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Diners, Pay Pal.
No Show & Early departures
If guests are a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a penalty equal to 100% of the total amount. In case of early departure, we reserve the right to still charge the entire amount of the booking.
