The Tasting Menus aim to highlight the freshness and flavor of natural ingredients, selected with great care: the lobster of our sea, the Cabras fish eggs, the soft milk ricotta cheese produced daily at local farms, the sweet grapes of the main grape of Sardinia Cannonau, with their typical small, golden grapes, the juicy black figs, and the delicious fresh pasta typical of the island.
Upon request, the restaurant also serves special menus for guests with special dietary needs.
